Located beachfront, Trancoso House is defined by its direct relationship with the ocean and surrounding landscape. The view serves as the project’s starting point, guiding the home’s layout and the creation of shared living spaces.

To seamlessly integrate architecture, landscape, and ocean views while respecting the character of the site. The challenge was to enhance the horizon and coastal scenery, ensuring the house naturally belongs to its setting.
