Located in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, Casa Jasminez represents our first international project and our debut in the country. A defining milestone that opened new perspectives and expanded our approach to designing in tropical and culturally rich environments.
CHALLENGE
To reinterpret the classic Caribbean beach house while honoring its local character, introducing a contemporary and authorial perspective rooted in Brazilian design sensibility. The challenge was to balance place, culture, and identity within a single narrative.

OUTCOME
The result is a distinctive beach house where landscape takes center stage and tropical living is reimagined. A harmonious dialogue between Caribbean essence and Brazilian vision, resulting in an authentic, warm, and character-driven project.
