Residential Architecture and Interior Concept // Dominican Republic
QUI & LA // 2025

// CONTEXT
Located in Casa de Campo, Dominican Republic, within the private community of Casa de Campo, FR House represents a significant milestone for the studio. The project marks one of our first fully authorial interior design concepts, expanding our role beyond imagery into spatial authorship.
CHALLENGE
To develop a complete interior concept, from furniture selection to objects and overall atmosphere. The challenge was to create a strong authorial narrative aligned with the home’s monolithic architecture and the exclusive context of the site, while maintaining visual restraint and clarity.
VISUAL APPROACH
To develop a complete interior concept, from furniture selection to objects and overall atmosphere. The challenge was to create a strong authorial narrative aligned with the home’s monolithic architecture and the exclusive context of the site, while maintaining visual restraint and clarity.
OUTCOME
The result is a refined and cohesive residence where architecture, interiors, and landscape merge seamlessly. FR House affirms D121’s authorial vision, translating identity, material expression, and sensitivity into a singular spatial experience.
